Accommodation
Special room rates have been negotiated for IFPA Conference delegates at selected hotels in central Stockholm and surrounding areas. Choose your accommodation from the options below. Additional hotels may be added to this list as they become available.
Following completed registration and payment of the conference registration fee, delegates will receive a confirmation email containing dedicated booking links with further details and terms for each hotel. Accommodation can then be booked directly with the selected hotel using the applicable conference rate.
Please note that rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability. Delegates are encouraged to register for the conference and book their accommodation early, as discounted room allocations are limited and may be released by the hotels after the applicable cut-off dates.
Hotel reservations are made directly with the selected hotel. Any questions regarding bookings, payments, modifications, or cancellations should be directed to the hotel.
