Conference dinner

Practical information

• When: Thursday 20 May, 2027, 19:00–22:00 (23:00 if you want to dance).
• Location: Winterviken, Vinterviksvägen 60, Stockholm
• Transportation: Transfers to the venue will be provided by boat or bus, with return by bus after the event. Transfer time is approximately 20–30 minutes each way. Further details will follow.
• Cost: 990 SEK (appr €90)
• Dress Code: Formal (think black tie, tuxedo not necessary)
   

Note: Seating for the Conference Dinner is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. If you would like to attend but did not register for the dinner when registering for the conference, please log in using the details provided in your confirmation email, or contact us at registration@ifpa-pso.com. Registration and payment must be completed before the event.

Welcome Reception

Hosted by the City of Stockholm together with the Region of Stockholm

Delegates are invited to a welcome reception at Stockholm City Hall, the iconic venue that hosts the Nobel Prize banquet.

The reception will begin with welcome remarks from the hosts, followed by a buffet reception and an introduction to the history of City Hall. Attendance is complimentary for conference delegates.

Advance registration is required. As places and catering arrangements must be confirmed in advance, only registered delegates will be admitted.

Please arrive on time, as the official welcome remarks will begin promptly at 7:00 PM.
 

Practical information

• When: Friday 21 May, 2027, 19:00–21:00
• Location: Stockholm City Hall
• Transportation: It’s a 10 minutes walk to City Hall from the Waterfront Conference Center. IFPA staff will show the way from 18.30.
• Cost: Free for all conference attendees who register to attend the reception.
• Dress Code: Business casual (think cocktail attire for women, business suit for men). Please wear your name badge for identification.

5k run or 3k walk

Enjoy a lovely run or walk in beautiful Stockholm City

See Stockholm in early morning light while jogging or walking with fellow conference attendees. Our guides will run / walk with you so you are sure to get back to the hotel in time to shower and enjoy breakfast before the sessions start.

• Location: Meet outside the Radisson Waterfront. Guides will run / walk with the groups.
• Ticket: Not needed. Just show up in time!
• Cost: Free
