Illustrated Booklet

PsA and Mental Health

30 May 2023

By IFPA

In 2023, GRAPPA published new guidelines for the treatment of psoriatic arthritis. People living with psoriatic disease must be empowered to take an active role in managing their condition.

Together GoodCare project team and with support from IFPA Advocacy Ambassador Karina Andrea Chavez, we have created the Psoriatic Arthritis and Mental Health Awareness Booklet.

Psoriatic Arthritis can have a significant impact on an individual's mental health leading to feelings of discouragement, frustration, shame, and low esteem.

Everyday tasks like starting the day are a major challenge for people living with PsA because of morning stiffness and fatigue.

If you would like a copy of the book and or would like to translate it to your native language please reach out to IFPA Communications Team. And update us with the translated material so we can share it Worldwide.
